Remanufactured/Refurbished
All of our valves are hydrotested and calibrated on a high performance valve tester. Our remanufactured valves are disassembled, sandblasted, powder coated, reassembled and and tested.
All of the soft parts, such as diaphragms, packing gaskets, and o-rings, are replaced. Gasket surfaces are then machined back to OEM specs.

A large majority of our valves and instrumentation are now powder coated. Powder coating gives a long lasting finish that is resistant to corrosion and weather.
